There are two committees of interest regarding this matter; maybe one Committee will be Committee on Information and Technology. However, the other Committee is the Committee on Delegated Legislation because all regulations must come to the Committee on Delegated Legislation. This is all over the world. So, I do not think we should be told that they do not cause any danger. I just want to help the young Senator to understand that this is a very serious matter. • 7 Nov 2019 in Senate: Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I join my colleagues in supporting the Statement by Sen. Cherargei. In a crisis, when the situation is bad, it is better to say things as they are. If there is a fire in the house, you do not start saying, “Excuse me, please, may you leave the room if you want to.” You only say “fire,” and people know how to run. When we are in a crisis, let us face it as a crisis. I hope that what we did, by allowing the Government to borrow, may help alleviate some of these situations. ... view

There are a number of people who have never been to a courtroom, and they do not know anything about our laws.
