Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if the interest of the questioner is to find any fault with the Minister, it is important that the Minister be given an opportunity to look at that report. I do not have the Controller and Auditor-Generalâs report. It was not part and parcel of the documents required by us. So, I would definitely want to be privy to that report.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I believe that the Question as asked has been responded to, experience in any area of specialization. We have tried to let everyone know through this answer who are the people and what they have in terms of experiences. So, if there is a report from the Controller and Auditor General, then I have to get a copy of the report. It was not part of the Question. It was not part of the documentation required. That is new to me now as being introduced here, after many days of this Question.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the subject matter was covered in a statement on the day it happened. I thought that took care of it. If I get the statement now, it will not pass the test of relevance.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministerial Statement is a statement by a Minister. The subject matter was covered that day. I can repeat the subject matter.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your permission, I thought we had cleared this matter. The relevance of it will not carry today as it did on that day. That day, it was a critical moment for Kenya, it was about these threatening SMSs. We covered the subject matter on that day. It was a statement by the Minister for Information and Communications. If the hon. Member wants another one, it can still be delivered. However, it will not pass the test of relevance at all.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I believe that this Question was answered last week, save for extra information which was required by the hon. Members on that day. I seek your guidance whether I should go through the answer or not. This is because the answer was read out last week.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what was required were the Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of the members of the Board of the KBC to which the Assistant Minister who answered the Question accepted. Up to this afternoon we were only able to get four CVs out of six. The others are being sought because the members have travelled out of the country. So, the current CVs are not available as of now. I have only four of them.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the information I have is that one of them is out of the country and the other one out of town. The officers are working round the clock to get their current CVs so that we can submit them to the House.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, to answer that question, there are no members who can be appointed to the Board without presenting their CVs. However, as you know, we are from a weekend and people are now trying to get the CVs. We have already obtained four of them. We are looking for their current CVs. Some of these people were appointed many years ago.
