  • 16 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Order, hon. Members, that concludes the business on the Order Paper. The House is, therefore, adjourned until Wednesday, 17th October, 2007 at 9.00 a.m. The House adjourned at 7.20 p.m. view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: The Member for Molo is not here! Let us give him a few more minutes! Hon. Members, the Question by the Member for Samburu West is deferred until tomorrow. view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Ask the question! view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Last question, Mr. Mirugi! view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: That was not the Question! Hon. Members, let us now revisit the Question by the hon. Member for Molo Constituency! view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Mukiri, could you use the microphone? view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Order, hon. Members! The manner in which the Question is framed will elicit the kind of answer you get. The Question is: "Under what circumstances was this land allocated"? The Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs said, "It was not allocated". You create a difficulty in the Minister to answer anything further than that. I am saying this to the Questioner because when he put his Question forth, it kind of reached a dead end. This is as a result of the way the Question was asked. view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Order, Mr. Mbau! Are you asking a question or answering it? You are asking a question and then following it with "because". You are answering the same question you have asked. You have already asked your question. Will the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs answer that? view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: It is also ironical that members of the public should now go and help the police to repossess their own land. That is very interesting. view
  • 3 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Order, Mr. Waithaka! Let us not use this House to settle scores with anybody. I have not asked you to name anybody. Just explain to us the situation! view
