I know that there is something known as collective responsibility when it comes to Government. That is why I will not take the long route of putting blame on just the Leader of Government Business. This is the business of the whole Government. The Leader of Government Business is simply a messenger of that side. • 16 Aug 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we actually need the Political Parties Bill brought to this House very quickly, so that we can have rules to guide us in our parties, so that we can bring discipline to political parties and to the House. Of course, it astounds me that a House that is so divided does not seem to fall. We are told very clearly that a divided House falls.
