So, even if the provision under this Item were to be only Kshs20, the categorisation of that provision in the Budget would remain the same. Mr. Minister, I hope that is what it is! Mr. Muturi is, probably, wondering why specialised equipment is being given only Kshs5 million. Am I correct? view
