Order, Ms. Karua! I did not hear the part where Mr. Sungu alleges that she said, "in the House". However, the HANSARD will bear us out if that part is there. I did not hear that part.

Hon. Members, I would like to say something about the documents that I have here and I can see some of them are tabled for purposes of comparing the offers. These are basically offers from the Vice-Chancellors' Committee and UASU negotiating party. Those hon. Members who may want to refer to them for purposes of November 2, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3403 understanding, I can table them. The others are basically documents which are not addressed to anybody.

Order! Sometimes you take over the ruling from the Chair and that is very much out of order. I am saying that when documents are admissible here, if they are public documents, I am sure the Minister has several copies of the same on his desk. I am sure he also has this one which has information on UASU. So, these figures are currently admissible to anyone who wants to refer to them especially if the Minister wants to look at them and compare so that we can see if that is the true position.
