On Wednesday last week, I sought a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Administration and National Security concerning some nearly 500 cows which were forcefully collected from Pokots in Trans Nzoia District by the Government and donated unilaterally to some armed people in Uganda at night. That is not the way the Item has been labelled. Even if they were computers, the term used, "specialised equipment", kind of scares hon. Members. When you look at the money being allocated, you will see that it is not specialised.
