Madam Temporary Speaker, I beg to reply. Madam Temporary Speaker, I want to thank Members who have spoken on the Bill and supported it, to make sure that we pass it. This is a big improvement from the last Division of Revenue Bill. It is in tandem with the provisions of our Constitution, where it provides for no less than 15 per cent. This now represents 27.3 per cent. That is something that the Senate has been able to fight to support counties.
