(b) I am also aware that the said land has been used to secure a loan. (c) There is concrete evidence that there is full and well developed school and police post on the land, including a dispensary. I have directed the Commissioner of Lands to investigate this particular title and find out whether the allocation was proper or not. Once I get that information, I will actually look into it. So, whatever is being raised is part of the evidence that will assist me in trying to unravel this particular matter. view
