The matter is a subject of a court case and I want to get the proceedings so that at least I can satisfy the hon. Member that the matter is really in court. (a) No section of Victoria Road has been irregularly acquired by Victoria Primary School for over 15 years thereby affecting accessibility to Victoria Amenity Hospital.
