Nobody likes to fundraise because it is not a simple task. It is a hard task which is also challenging. However, people opt for it because they need to do that. We are coming up with such a Bill to suppress Kenyans who are already suppressed in many ways. It is clearly enshrined in the Constitution that people are entitled for dual citizenship, but it has proved to be very difficult if a Kenyan from the diaspora is requesting for citizenship here in our country. It is more expensive than getting a citizenship outside in the foreign country.
