The Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives, in consultation with the Agriculture and Food Authority and county Governments, made the Crops (Tea Industry) Regulations, 2020. The regulations were made pursuant to Section 40 of the Crops Act. The published regulations have been submitted to the Committee on Delegated Legislation.
