I was to propose the timing and the timelines or time allocations for contribution considering that this is a matter of grave concern and the time allocation is about 60 minutes or even less. However, we note that there is little we can learn from some Members, especially the ones from the Jubilee Party, who are very insulting and yet nothing can be done to them.
