On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House? He is talking of international waters. He is now telling us that we are going to buy the latest boats to man the international waters. Are we supposed to man the international waters? Could he also provide us with the memorandum of understanding they signed with whoever they signed? We do not know with whom they signed that memorandum of understanding. Could he table it?

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it right for the Assistant Minister to mislead this House? He is giving contradictory answers! He said that the lady was living in a relativeâs house, but she has now disappeared. The Assistant Minister does not have consistent answers. Is he in order to mislead this House?
