Even in this Government, the Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports is not a youth. That is also an issue that should be looked into. At the same time, the Women Enterprise Development Fund should give money directly to women, as opposed to receiving the money from the banks which are charging an interest rate of 20 per cent.
