We need to look at this when we are passing this law. We need to form our Cabinet outside Parliament. That will be when we will stop competing and avoid divisions along tribal and regional lines. During the campaign period of the last general election, it was very clear that hate messages were being passed over to the young generation of this country. Those messages divided this country very badly. We have children whom we want to grow in a very responsible manner.
