What I will request the county governments is to make sure most of the facilities which have been constructed using the CDF money start operating, like dispensaries. Since we have given the national Government money, we would like to see tarmacked roads in every county and not only in restricted areas, which is not the wish of all Kenyans. Members of Parliament are still going to sit in the boards of the county governments. This will be very important because most of the governors control their counties single-handedly.
