Muthama, is he in order to give a false impression that it is wrong for a Member of this House to stand and consult then sit down when he is not standing between the Speaker and the person contributing? Murkomen in order to selectively wish well only one Member of this House when we know that Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale is the incoming governor, he has not wished him well. On the other hand, Sen. Godliver Omondi is an incoming Member of the County Assembly (MCA), he has not wished her well. Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo is the incoming governor and he has not been wished well. Sen.
