Just to wind up, it is important to address the issue of county boundaries so that the people of Kericho County can have Muhoroni Sugar Company. Nandi County should have Chemelil Sugar Company and Prof. Anyang’-Nyong’o’s county should retain Miwani Sugar Factory. Unfortunately, our Clerk has requested for the same Statement from the Attorney- General’s (AG) Office but the AG is yet to respond. Based on the point of order that the Minority Leader raised, I am not willing to indicate a lot of things I have engaged myself in, lest I suffer the same consequences as Sen. Karaba.
