In his response, he said that he talked to the President orally and in writing. Could you confirm to us that, indeed, when he spoke to the President orally, he got the commitment that the President would not sign the Bill into law? view

We know that currently the national Government is struggling with a lot of recurrent expenditure. We need to help our counties to start on the right footing, manage their recurrent expenditure and to allocate more resources to development. The objective of devolution is development at the grassroots level.
