  • 21 Jul 2016 in Senate: I appreciate but I think this is an urgent matter. If you look at the question, this is about the disappearances of children aged between 8 years and 16 years. We are getting unconfirmed information that one of the girls who disappeared is somewhere that the security forces are trying to locate. We understand that she is safe but that kind of information is what we need. You can imagine the agony that families are going through. The Chair directed that the Statement be responded to today. This is a serious issue because as I speak, out of the five children who disappeared, we have only managed to trace two who we found murdered.
