Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill. This is a very important piece of legislation. As ably mentioned by my colleagues earlier, in support of this and many other Bills, the primary responsibility of the Senate is to look into the interests of the counties, make legislation and oversight. One such legislation that gives us the opportunity to ensure that our counties have the necessary resources is the Division of Revenue Bill. (Dr.) Khalwale in order to make a proposition that the sugar factories be taken up by those counties when he is well aware that there is a privatization Bill in this House that seeks to take care of sugar farmers even in a place like Chemelil and Miwani?
