The Committee ensured public participation and openness in carrying out the approval process. Notifying and inviting the public to submit memoranda were placed in the print media on 20th February, 2023 as required under the law. Further, from the general demeanor of the nominee during the approval hearing coupled with and unclear responses to the topical questions appeared not to be adequately prepared and displayed a general lack of interest.
