  • 16 May 2017 in National Assembly: certain things that you cannot give a child or a grown up. You cannot measure it in terms of money. This Bill brings along that sort of concept for our children and youth. I would like to point out that just recently I was watching a movie called “Queen of Catway”. The story belongs to a young girl who was born and brought up in Uganda in a very poor background, and who finally made in the game of chess. She was tutored in the slums where she lived and was encouraged to participate in a game called „chess‟ at ... view

In 2012, I went to the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) to get a certificate of good conduct. Recently, when I went there, I found out that there has been a very big change, e- Citizen has worked miracles. view
  • 22 Mar 2017 in National Assembly: A few years ago when the President addressed us and mentioned the e-Citizen portal, I had my reservations. But today, when I see it working, I feel stunned with joy. We are actually doing our job. view

This is what most of us who are nominated should do. Personally, I am going for an elective position because I feel I have been empowered enough. It is time, nominated Members of ... view

  • 16 Mar 2017 in National Assembly: Thank you. I was about to give my thoughts to the change that Hon. Duale was going to bring, but since he has not made that change, everything is in order. I would, however, like to add that at a time when people are thinking that Members of Parliament are just spending their time campaigning, there are some of us who are busy here making amendments and passing laws. view
