Today, after the Constitution, 2010, time has arrived and ripened for the Constitution to be amended. I will not take much time.   • 25 Feb 2021 in National Assembly: Secondly, I agree with the President on surrogacy, but we have to look into the details. Surrogacy should be allowed in a technical way among Kenyans. If we allow international surrogacy, gay couples will come, child trafficking will happen and it will be a business by m uhindis, the Chinese and w azungus . Poor Africans will be the victims of surrogacy. It should only be allowed domestically. view
