I believe the passage of this Bill will give an indication to areas like Coast region where it will do well and we will be in a position to also appreciate what we have in the region and be part and parcel of the promoters in this country. • 18 Feb 2021 in National Assembly: It is my humble request that Members will see the need of supporting this Bill so that Bixa can be one of the greatest crops in this country. I believe in about five years this country will have moved a notch higher in terms of revenue and export. I know Bixa does very well along the Coast and in other areas in this country like even Mumias. view

He always said that he saw hope in the young parliamentarians given the way we were articulating issues and even giving proposals that could cure the challenges we have in the country. I believe in what my colleagues have said that this is the right time for us to tone down and focus in the same direction in the passage of the BBI in honour of Senator Haji. view

Deputy Speaker for according me an opportunity to ask Question No. 366/2020 which is directed to the Teachers Service Commission (TSC): (i) How many primary school Head and Deputy Head teachers in Kilifi County are serving in acting capacity and, has the Commission paid their acting allowances from the dates they were appointed to act? (ii) Could the Commission explain how long a teacher should serve in an acting capacity before promotion to the substantive position as Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher? view
