It really applies to the spirits that are used for burners in restaurants and do not have the capacity to claim the refunds. This is not about any larger manufacturer. In actual fact, it is opening a window for those small restaurants and caterers and people like that who use this kind of spirit because they are the only people who use this kind of spirit to be able to claim back their refunds. But if the House does not feel that it is prudent, we can do without it. view

This will also cause administrative challenges as the taxman now has to keep on varying the prices in the market. There is also an influx of imported cigarettes.
