It is not a question of one community or another but it is a question – this is what I would encourage hon. Members to encourage me to do – to ensure that we get the very best Kenyans in the Treasury, which is the heart of the nation. It should not be a question of who comes from where but the very best, capable of protecting the interests and assets of the people of this Republic. view

I said what this House should be encouraging me to do – I think those are my words – is to ensure that we hire the very best that this country has to offer. In conclusion, I want to once again reiterate that not a single Kenyan shilling has been lost.
