With profound humility, I will not hesitate to acknowledge that a lot of the successes we have achieved in delivering the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda was due to the patriotic support and solidarity from Members of Parliament, both in the Senate and the National Assembly. Members of the National Assembly and the Senate, by the grace of God, it is my pleasure to address this inaugural Session of the 13th Parliament following the August 9th, 2022 General Elections. It is important to note that we have made very positive progress. This Parliament has recorded the highest number of re-elected Members of Parliament ever.
