About the five banks that are supposed to be the cause, I am not aware and the Governor of the Central Bank has not given me any information related to five banks that are supposedly the cause of the problem. view

We are in charge and responsible for the implementation of Government programmes. Therefore, I repeat, that we need to have regular consultations with the CBK, especially with regard to mobilization of resources to implement Government programmes. view

They are also being felt by our neighbours and, indeed, the world at large.
