The reason being as a Member of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing, we sat down and interrogated the amendments as put forward by the Senate. I also agree that most amendments are unconstitutional such that, you wonder whether the Committee sat down and interrogated the Bill, before they proposed them.
