Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate the answer given by the Assistant Minister, I am not satisfied. I asked him to state when we shall have court services at Emuhaya. If you can recall, we used to have court services at Emuhaya. However, they were withdrawn for no reason. I would like to know why the court services were withdrawn from Emuhaya. When they will be reinstated?

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Assistant Minister to assure me that, in the meantime, as he looks for money to establish a court facility at Emuhaya, he will consider providing mobile court services in Emuhaya because my people are currently travelling over 30 kilometres either to Nyanza or Vihiga for court services?

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to know when the Ministry intends to come up with an e-learning policy. Schools all over the world are now going e- learning. I am not sure whether the Ministry has a policy on e-learning. Let me know whether the Ministry has such a policy.
