I rise to support the amendments that were proposed by the Senate and have been endorsed by the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources. This Bill is long overdue. It was introduced in the 10th Parliament. Because of time problems, it was deferred. I want to thank my colleague, Hon. Chachu for bringing it back to the 11th Parliament.
