Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, aware that the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) and African Union (AU) Extraordinary Session attended by the Heads of State, called upon Kenya to consider the integration of its forces in Somalia into the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM), a regional peacekeeping mission operated by the African Union with the approval of the United Nations and which is mandated to conduct Peace Support Operations in Somalia; noting that the African Union plans to engage the United Nations Security Council on this matter on or about 19th December, 2011; ...
