Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I said earlier, this question is outside the question which was before the House. I will answer that question appropriately when it is asked by the hon. Member. In any case, I will also reiterate that it has become very common that questions are being asked on the security of this nation. Although I would say that I am not prepared to answer, I am answering the question to the best of my knowledge and I would like the hon. Members to understand it that way.
