Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with the last statement by Sen. Musila. There is need to summon the Cabinet Secretary either to appear before the whole House or my Committee. If he appears before my Committee, I will invite Sen. Musila. Regarding Sen. Wetangula’s question on the DPP; we cannot have our cake and eat it. It is an independent office.
