I consider three months too long. If somebody has done something very good, it should be done immediately. Why should they wait for three months? view

I believe we have already written to the Cabinet Secretary, but given the fact that he travelled to Kampala on Thursday to attend the handing over of the East African Chairmanship to His Excellency the President and he only came back on Sunday, we are still waiting for a response from him. view
