Order, Members. We still do not have the numbers, and I understand because I know most Members are holding the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) consultative meetings. I will ask that the Bell be rung for an extra five minutes, hoping that we can make it and progress.

As I said earlier, we are having issues because many Members have gone to attend the IEBC consultative meetings in their constituencies. We do not seem to have raised the required numbers.
