    Hon. Senators, let us first determine if we have a quorum.

    Can the Division Bell be rung? We do not have a quorum.

  • (The Division Bell was rung)

    I direct that the Bell be rung for another five minutes.

    Hon. Senators, you note that even after 15 minutes, we still have no quorum. As per the provisions of Standing Order No.34, the House will now stand adjourned until 2.30 p.m., this afternoon.
