He is aware that this Government is discriminating against colour. It seems like any white person coming into this country from the UK or America will get a visa at the airport, but any black, blue or yellow person will be treated as if they do not belong. As I speak, the market that was supposed to be constructed in Usonga is stalled and nothing much has happened to it. view

My understanding is that both are cash crops. So, just like tea, miraa is a cash crop. Is he in order? view

Since the Assistant Minister is going to return with a more comprehensive answer, I request that he also comes with an answer as to how many other boats, including the Government boats, are in bad shape. This is because the accidents involving boats both in Lake Victoria and the Indian Ocean is something that we hear of almost every day. • 15 Dec 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to request the Minister while she is looking at the areas that have been affected by floods to look at Usonga and Alego. There are between 3,000 and 4,000 families in Usonga and Alego that have been affected. So, if there is any move by the Government to assist flood vicitims, let it be extended to those areas. view
