"content": "We saw even in Baringo where people were being killed like dogs in Kerio Valley. Incompetence is costing lives. It is high time that Cabinet Secretary, Hon. Murkomen, must resign. There is more insecurity in this country than has ever happened. I wish he would borrow a leaf from Prof. Kindiki so that we are safe."
