Mr. Speaker, Sir, It is unfair of us to castigate an entire House and cast aspersions on them based on the sentiments of one or two people that you do not agree with. Finally, I wish to plead with colleagues. I know this is very exciting. I see Sen. Sifuna and the rest is very happy about this.
