The minutes are attached for Members to confirm how many meetings we held at the Bomas of Kenya and other places within the Republic of Kenya. Therefore, I would wish to celebrate them from the outset. I believe the team that sat at the Bomas of Kenya as well had distinguished Members of this House and the “Lower” House and laid the foundation for us as a committee. Implementation of the two-thirds gender rule featured in the discussion. This is one of the areas where I am disappointed in the report. Therefore, we will have to make a bipartisan decision.
