This Bill was published in the Kenya Gazette Supplementary No.108 of 2023 dated 4th July, 2023. It was considered by the National Assembly and passed on the 25th of August. After that, the Bill was referred to us for consideration. The principal object of this Bill is to amend the Water Act of 2016 to operationalize the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in the water sector.
