  • 16 Nov 2023 in Senate: Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I wish to be quick on this matter. I rise to support this Motion. This is a very important exercise that Kenya has signed up for. I wish, while I said this, our colleague Senators from the Minority side were in the House; those that are saying this move in not constitutional. I wish to point them to the provisions of Article 2 of our Constitution, which speaks to the general rules of international laws being part and parcel of the laws of this country. I am proud of this Bill, particularly on the element of marketing.
