The work of a Commissioner is very busy that sometimes it may involve travel within and without these borders. Therefore, it is not a wrong thing to say that the Commissioner is busy and travels. When he has an opportunity to be in the House, it is important that he be granted an opportunity. I do not think there is anything wrong with that. view
