It varies from county to county, but around 80-cent of the people who vote for us to come to this House cannot afford health services from the private hospitals. We need to send a clear message that governors need to take their oath of office and the resources that are being channeled to them seriously. They should manage them in a way that Kenyans can believe that in 2010, it was the right decision to move the country from managing our resources centrally to devolving them to our various county governments.
