I was keen and wanted to know how he will approach the kind of reservations being raised. Up to the point that he was interrupted by the Senate Minority Leader, all he had said is that in making his decision, he will be guided by the determination on whether or not the county assembly had the quorum. He had not reached a point of saying how he will make that decision. view
