Yesterday, the President said there is a bad spirit in the country of opposing everything. I think there is another bad spirit of everybody trying to do everybody's job but their own. This Statement alleges that the University Council chairperson, has left his responsibilities as a chairperson of the Council and is now busy executing the executive role that is a preserve of the Vice-Chancellor. I have heard this conversation from very reliable sources, including people that I hold in extremely high regard.
