31 Jul 2012 in National Assembly:
I am concluding, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. This Committee cannot purport to act like a loose cannon ball. 20 Jun 2012 in National Assembly:
Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I am really shocked. I am flabbergasted by the attitude of hon. Members to this amendment. It is shocking to hear hon. Kimunya, a senior respected Member of this House, justifying this by reason of a history that has been overtaken by our new Constitution.
